What is the Answer?

Picture
I believe that every human being deep in their hearts knows the answer to this question.  Most of the time, we tune it off because it does challenge  us to change our way of living. This might be very inconvenient for our life style.

My brothers and sisters the "desire for God is written on our hearts." This is how God created us. We would like to deny this, but as St. Augustine said, "O God, you have made us for yourself and our hearts are restless until they rest in you." In addition, J.B Philips described man as a worshipping animal. If, for some reason he has no God, he will worship something. Common modern substitutes are the following: The state, success, efficiency, money, power, glamor, even security, Nobody of course, calls them God, but they have the influence and command the devotion which should belong to the real God. it is only when a man finds God that he is able to see how his worshiping instinct has been distored and misdirected.  So, my brothers and sisters if you want peace in your soul, then seek God first among all things seek Him first and Seek His Kingdom.  The beautiful thing is that when you seek God first, He will provide for all of your needs. We spend so much time worrying about our financial problems, relationships, health, etc, but the answer to all of these problems is God. He said that if we seek Him first he will provide for us. “Heaven and earth will pass away, but His words will not pass away”(Matthew 24:35)

Jesus said to Sister Josepfa Menendez, "Help Me," He would say, "help Me to make My love for men known, for I come to tell them that in vain will they seek happiness apart from Me, for they will not find it.

How can we seek the Kingdom of God?
"Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with thy whole heart, and with thy whole soul, and with thy whole mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. And the second is like to this: Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. Matthew 22:37-39

These are the two greatest commandments that we must follow in order for us to inherit the kingdom of God. The Catechism says, “God created everything for man, but man in turn was created to serve and love God and to offer all creation back to him: What is it that is about to be created, that enjoys such honor? It is man that great and wonderful living creature, more precious in the eyes of God than all other creatures! For him the heavens and the earth, the sea and all the rest of creation exist. God attached so much importance to his salvation that He did not spare His own Son for the sake of man. Nor does He ever cease to work, trying every possible means, until He has raised man up to Himself and made him sit at his right hand.” (Catechism 358).

Our Father "desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth." He "is forbearing toward you, not wishing that any should perish." His commandment is "that you love one another; even as I have loved you, that you also love one another." This commandment summarizes all the others and expresses his entire will. (Catechism 2822).  This is the will for you and me, my brothers and sisters, to love God and to love our neighbor for the glory of Our Creator Our Lord Jesus Christ.

What do you have to lose? He is waiting for all of us, all that we have to do is to seek His kingdom.

What is His kingdom?  Souls, yours and those of your brothers and sisters in Christ throughout the world.  Whether they are close or far from Jesus, He came to seek the lost sheep.

Are we going to follow Jesus and do the same thing.  We should and all other things will be given to us besides especially our eternal salvation. “Whoever brings back a sinner will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins.” (James 5:20).

The way to follow Jesus is to offer prayers and sacrifices for those who need them so that they may be saved by the grace of God.

As Our Lady, the Virgin Mary told the Fatima children, “Pray, Pray very much, and make sacrifices for sinners; for many souls go to hell, because there are none to sacrifice themselves and to pray for them.”(July 13, 1917)

God needs our prayers and sacrifices to save others.  He thirsts for them.  Our Lord Jesus told Saint Faustina, “I thirst. I thirst for the salvation of souls. Help me, my daughter, to save souls.” (Diary of St. Faustina:1032)

He stayed up all night praying for us, we should follow his example and pray and sacrifice for others as well.  The sacrifices may be little but joined to the sacrifices of Jesus on the Cross they become very fruitful.

St. Therese said, “Love proves itself by deeds, so how am I to show my love? Great deeds are forbidden me. The only way I can prove my love is by scattering flowers and these flowers are every little sacrifice, every glance and word, and the doing of the least actions for love.”

"Prayer joined to sacrifice constitutes the most powerful force in human history."
(Blessed Pope John Paul II)

The Answer is to Love God and Love your Neighbor through Prayer and Sacrifice in order to help them save their souls.

Live this and pass this answer on to others and eventually it will get to Jim Carrey and everyone in the world.  Share it on facebook, Spread the word.

God Bless you all my Brothers and Sisters in Christ

Be Not Afraid : Blessed Pope John Paul II

Do not be afraid. Christ knows "what is in man". He alone knows it.
So often today man does not know what is within him, in the depths of his mind and heart. So often he is uncertain about the meaning of his life on this earth. He is assailed by doubt, a doubt which turns into despair. We ask you therefore, we beg you with humility and trust, let Christ speak to man. He alone has words of life, yes, of eternal life.

Do not be afraid! Life with Christ is a wonderful adventure.  He alone can give full meaning to life, he alone is the center of history,  Live by Him!

The way Jesus shows you is not easy. Rather, it is like a path winding up a mountain. Do not lose heart! The steeper the road, the faster it rises toward ever wider horizons. (Blessed Pope John Paul II)

The adventure is awesome when you Seek First the Kingdom of God.  It is a blast full with purpose, mission, honor, glory.  Save souls and you will never be bored.
Join the Four Men Prayer Groups and bring souls to Jesus everyday!

You have not chosen me: but I have chosen you; (John 15:16)

You have not chosen me: but I have chosen you; and have appointed you, that you should go, and should bring forth fruit; and your fruit should remain: that whatsoever you shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. (John 15:16)

God has chosen you! He has Appointed You!

Bring forth fruit that will last forever!
The Fruit is Souls.  We must bring souls to Jesus so that they will last with us in heaven forever.

How can we do that?
We must offer prayers and sacrifices for the salvation of souls especially our paralytics everyday.  It is so simple so do not let yourself be deceived.  It is only through prayer and sacrifice can we save souls and save our own.  A sacrifice can be to speak the truth to those who may not want to hear you.  A sacrifice may be to accept that you may not even see the fruits of your prayers in an individual.  So be it, you will see them in heaven because through our prayers and sacrifices it is believed that Jesus will give them the grace of their conversion.  It is impossible for God to not hear our prayers and sacrifices for the conversion of sinners as this is what he wants the most.  He wants souls.  He thirsts for them.  He died for them.  He poured out all His Blood on the Cross for them.

Our Lord Jesus told Saint Faustina, “I thirst. I thirst for the salvation of souls. Help me, my daughter, to save souls.” (Diary of St. Faustina:1032)

“The prayer most pleasing to Me is prayer for the conversion of sinners. Know my daughter, that this prayer is always heard and answered.”(Diary of Saint Faustina: 1397)

He is Truth Itself, He can neither deceive nor be deceived,  Heaven and Earth will pass away but His words will not pass away.

Keep praying and making sacrifices and share in the Masters Joy.

For Many are Called, but Few are Chosen. ((Matthew 22:14)

Why are few chosen?  It is our decision that keeps us from being chosen.  Chosen for what.  Chosen for Heaven that begins here and continues into heaven.  How can we be among the chosen?  We must offer prayer and sacrifice for ourselves and for our neighbors.  The Four Men will help you to become among the chosen.  It is a way of learning to love prayer and sacrifice.  It is a way of becoming one with the mission of Jesus which was to save souls.  We bring souls to Jesus so that he can save them.  Do we save souls?  We help them to be saved through our prayers and sacrifices.   We help them get Grace from God to open their eyes.  To be saved as the paralytic was.

Colossians 1:24   Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up those things that are wanting of the sufferings of Christ, in my flesh, for his body, which is the church.

We do our part to fill up those things that are wanting of the sufferings of Christ in our flesh.  We sacrifice with Jesus to fill the Body of Christ with souls.

1 Peter 4:13   But if you partake of the sufferings of Christ, rejoice that when his glory shall be revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.

Your sacrifices allow you to partake in the sufferings of Christ to help save souls and also to rejoice with exceeding joy.

2 Corinthians 1:7
That our hope for you may be steadfast: knowing that as you are partakers of the sufferings, so shall you be also of the consolation.

One of the greatest consolations on this earth is to see someone who you have been praying and sacrificing converted and brought to the same joy you experience.  That has to be the greatest joy on earth.  And as Father Ignatius Okoroji said, if you help save a soul you get a drivers license to heaven.  This is confirmed especially by James 5:20.

Philippians 3:10
That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable to his death,

We become true images of God though conforming to Jesus' sufferings and death.  Sacrifice is dying to self.  And rising to Jesus.

2 Corinthians 1:6
Now whether we be in tribulation, it is for your exhortation and salvation: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation: or whether we be exhorted, it is for your exhortation and salvation, which worketh the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer.

We become one with Christ in the Cross.

Romans 8:18
For I reckon that the sufferings of this time are not worthy to be compared with the glory to come, that shall be revealed in us.

Wow!

2 Corinthians 1:5
For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us: so also by Christ doth our comfort abound.

Love and sacrifice brings you the peace that surpasses all understanding.  You turn all bad news into Good News through your voluntary sacrifice endured.  Offer it up to Jesus as a sacrifice for your paralytics.

For the Love of Jesus, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the sins against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Advantages of Praying for the Souls in Purgatory: Extract from Purgatory Explained by Father Schouppe SJ.

11/14/2011

Advantages — Temporal Favours — Abbe Postel and the
Servant of Paris.

The following is related as a fact by the Abbe Postel,
the translator of F Rossignoli's work. It took place in
Paris, he says, about the year 1827, and is inserted as
No. 27 in. the Mervei les dn Purgatoire.

A poor servant, who had been brought up as a good
Christian in her native village, had adopted the pious
practice of having a Mass said every month for the suffering
souls. Her employers, having taken her with them to the
capital, she never once neglected it, and furthermore made
it her rule to assist at the Divine Sacrifice, and to unite her
prayers with those of the priest, especially for the soul that
had most nearly completed its expiation. This was her
ordinary intention.

God soon tried her by a long illness, that not only occa-
sioned her cruel suffering, but also caused her to lose her
place and draw upon her last resources. On the day that
she was able to leave the hospital, she had but twenty sous
left. After addressing a fervent prayer to Heaven, full of
confidence, she went in search of a situation. She was
told that she would probably find employment in a certain
family at the other end of the city, whither she went, and
as she was obliged to pass by the Church of St. Eustache,
she entered. The sight of a priest at the altar reminded
her that this month she had forgotten her usual Mass for
the dead, and that this was the very day upon which, for
many years, she had been accustomed to do this good work.
But what was she to do ? If she disposed of her last franc,
she would have nothing left, even to satisfy her hunger.

It was a struggle between devotion and human prudence.
Devotion gained the day. " After all," she said to herself,
" the good God knows it is for Him, and He will not forsake
me ! " Entering the sacristy, she gave her offering for a
Mass, at which she assisted with her usual fervour.

A few moments after, she continued on her way, full
of anxiety as may be readily understood. Being abso-
lutely destitute of means, what was she to do if she failed
to obtain employment? She was still occupied with these
thoughts when a pale young man of a slight figure and dis-
tinguished appearance approached her and said, "Are you
in search of a situation?" "Yes, sir." "Well, go to a

certain street and number, to the house of Madame .

I think you will suit her, and that you will be satisfied
there." Having spoken these words, he disappeared in the
passing crowd, without waiting to receive the poor girl's
thanks.

She found the streejt, recognised the number, and
ascended to the apartments. A servant came out carry-
ing a package under her arm and uttering words of com-
plaint and anger. "Is Madame there?" asked the
newcomer. "She may or she may not be," replied the
other. "What does it matter to me? Madame will
open the door herself if it suits her ; I will trouble myself
no longer about it. Adieu!" And she descended the
steps.

Our poor girl rang the bell with trembling hand, and a
sweet voice bade her enter. She found herself in the
presence of an old lady of venerable appearance, who
encouraged her to make known her wishes.

" Madame," said the servant, " I learned this morning
that you are in need of a servant, and I came to offer my
services. I was assured that you would receive me kindly."
" Oh, but, my dear child, what you tell me is very extraor-
dinary. This morning I had no need of one ; it is only
within the last half-hour that I have discharged an insolent
domestic, and there is not a soul in the world except her
and myself who know it. Who sent you, then ? " " It was
a gentleman, Madame ; a young gentleman whom I met on
the street, who stopped me for this purpose, and I praised
God for it, for it is absolutely necessary for me to find a
place to-day ; I have not a penny in my pocket."

The old lady could not understand who the person was,
and was lost in conjecture, when the servant raising her
eyes to the furniture of the little parlour, perceived a
portrait. "Wait, Madame," she said immediately, "do
not puzzle yourself any more ; this is the exact picture of
the young man who spoke to me. It is on his account
that I am come."

At these words the lady uttered a loud cry and seemed
to lose consciousness. She made the girl repeat the story
of her devotion to the souls in Purgatory, of the morning
Mass, and her meeting with the stranger ; then throwing
herself on the neck of the girl, she embraced her amid a
flood of tears and said, "You shall not be my servant
from this moment ; you are my daughter. It is my son,
my only son, whom you saw — my son, dead for the past
two years, who owes to you his deliverance, whom God
directed to send you here. I cannot doubt it. May
you, then, be blessed, and let us pray continually for all
those who suffer before entering into a blessed eternity."

Fasting from TV: Blessed Pope John Paul II

One of the meanings of penitential fasting is to help us recover an interior life. The effort of moderation in food also extends to other things that are not necessary, and this is a great help to the spiritual life. Moderation, recollection and prayer go hand in hand. . . . This principle can be appropriately applied to the mass media. Their usefulness is indisputable, but they must not become the “masters” of our life. In how many families does television seem to replace personal conversation rather than to facilitate it! A certain “fasting” also in this area can be healthy, both for devoting more time to reflection and prayer, and for fostering human relations.
(Blessed Pope John Paul II)

My brothers sacrifices will save souls and your own, consider fasting from TV, internet, and spend more time in prayer with your family and with God.

The Communist Plan to destroy America and THE WAY TO SAVE AMERICA

WE CAN TURN THIS BACK EASILY WITH THE POWER OF GOD.
VICTORY IS OURS IF WE ALL START PRAYING THE ROSARY!

Pope Pius XI said, "The Rosary is a powerful weapon to put the demons to flight and to keep oneself from sin…If you desire peace in your hearts, in your homes, and in your country, assemble each evening to recite the Rosary. Let not even one day pass without saying it, no matter how burdened you may be with many cares and labors."

Among all the devotions approved by the Church, none has been so favored by so many miracles as the Rosary devotion.

"If I had an army to say the Rosary," Pope Pius IX once said, "I could conquer the world." And he said this because the Rosary, next to the Mass, is the most powerful weapon in the Church’s arsenal. You and I have access to that weapon and we need to start using it everyday.

On the Brotherhood: Excerpts from The Way by St. Jose Maria Escriva

11/9/2011

“A brother who is helped by his brother is like a strong city.”  Think for a moment and make up your mind to live that brotherhood I’ve always recommended to you.

If I don’t see you practice that blessed brotherly spirit that I preach to you constantly.  I’ll remind you of those loving words of St. John: “ My dear children, let us love not in word, neither with the tongue, but in deed and in truth.”

The power of charity!  If you live that blessed brotherly spirit, your mutual weakness will also be a support to keep you upright in the fulfillment of duty—just as in a house of cards, one card supports the other.

Those clashes with the world’s selfishness will make you appreciate much more the fraternal charity of your brother-apostles.

I think it is all right for you to feel concern for your brothers--there is no better proof of your mutual love.  Take care, however, to keep your worries from degenerating into anxiety.

“Greet all the saints.  All the saints send you greetings.  To all the saints who are at Ephesus, To all the saints in Christ Jesus who are at Phillippi.”  What a moving name—saints!—the early Christians used to address one another!  Learn how to treat your brothers.

I love you all my brothers in Christ,

HELP SAVE SOULS AND SAVE YOUR OWN: APPEAL FOR LOVE: Excerpt from the Message of the Heart of Jesus to the world and His Messenger Sister Josefa Menedez

Picture
To consecrated and therefore specially loved souls, Jesus offers a share of His redemptive life. He would like them to act as intermediaries for the saving of souls, and that is why He asks of all the spirit of sacrifice in love.

As a rule, no great sufferings are to be borne, but He inculcates the importance of ordinary actions however insignificant, if done in union with Him, in a spirit of sacrifice and love (30th November 1922 and 2nd December 1922).

He lays stress on the value of the tiniest offerings, which not only can lead them far on in sanctity, but will effect the salvation of many souls (20th October 1922).

On the other hand, He reminds them of the danger of slackening in their efforts in little ways, which may lead to greater infidelity and finally expose them to hell-fire, where their sufferings will greatly exceed those of less-favoured souls (3rd August 1921; 12th December 1922; 14th, 15th, 20th, 24th March 1923; 4th September 1922).

http://www.newjerusalem.com/appeal.htm

Simple Message is reinterated again and again, help save souls and you will save your own.  You will join in the great love that Jesus has for souls.  Once you join Him on this earth in that love, you are bound to join Him in heaven.

The Most Powerful Force in Human History

Prayer joined to sacrifice constitues the most powerful force in human history.  (Blessed Pope John Paul II)

If you really wish to follow Christ, if you want your love for him to grow and last, then you must be faithful to prayer.  It is the key to vitality of your life in Christ.  Without prayer, your faith and love will die.  If you are constant in daily prayer and in the Sunday celebration of Mass, your love for Jesus will increase.  And your heart will know deep joy and peace, such as the world could never give. (Blessed Pope John Paul II)

How will human history record your story.  I am sure it will be great if you offer prayer and sacrifices for your brothers and sisters in need.

Keep up the great work,
